About David
In November of 2000, Dave closed on his first house, a rough-around-the-edges 1922 colonial with lots of sun, not a lot of storage, and an enormous oak tree in its postage stamp-sized back yard. From the second he stepped in the door, he was hooked on the warm, rooted feeling home ownership gave him. His goal is to help you find that same feeling. A native Wisconsinite, he has lived in Madison for the better part of three decades. When he’s not helping people achieve their dream of home ownership, he is a theatre artist, an aspiring home chef, a committed conservationist, and happily installing native gardens at his Rolling Meadows home. Dave looks forward to helping people from across Madison's diverse communities find the right place to make their family memories.
